The Ministries of Beth Israel Include Hanukkah Toy Drive

The ministries at Beth Israel JMI include an annual Hanukkah toy drive for children in Israeli Hospitals as well as for Palestinian children in Jericho. The toy drive begins in the month of July and by the end of October we prepare the boxes for shipping to Israel. Our world outreach includes the "End of The Earth Prayer Tower" in Honolulu, Hawaii with two more global prayer towers in the planning to open in 2009 and 2010, the first in Cali Colombia, South America, the other in Hong Kong, China. Other world prayer towers are planned for Italy, Africa, and Tahiti.

We conduct an annual National Day of Prayer each year with events going on in various parts of the state.

Our educational program includes a Hebrew College of the Bible where students can learn the Hebrew language, study about the land of Israel and the middle east, learn about the biblicle feasts, study on Islam, and learn Israeli dance. We conduct a Friday night Torah class and teach on all the biblical feasts.
